QCA is working with Greenhorne & O’Mara on the design services for SR 7 ext. from SR 704/Okeechobee Blvd. to Northlake, Blvd. in Palm Beach County. QCA’s involvement is to communicate to all interested persons, groups, and government organization information regarding the development of the project.
Martin Workman, project manager, is working with Patricia Burgher and Beth Zsoka, both public information officers.
