QCA and Trans Florida Development Corp (TF) are working together on the Star Island Project. The Star Island project will consist of new pavement, milling, and resurfacing areas, new water system installation and lighting. QCA will meet with individual affected stakeholders to review the proposed installation procedures, address stakeholder concerns, and establish a general understanding and level of comfort with stakeholders as to what to expect before, during, and after construction.
