QCA was selected to provide full service Public Involvement services for the Pensacola Bay Bridge Project Development and Environment Studies (PD&E) in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, Florida. Teamed with engineering consultant RS&H, QCA’s North Florida team is expected to begin activities in April, 2011.
QCA was also recently selected in Bay County, Florida to provide the Florida Department of Transportation-D3 and Engineering Consultant Palmer Engineering with Public Information Services for SR30 (US98A/Front Beach Road). This 3R project (resurfacing, rehabilitation, and restoration) is designated as a Hurricane Evacuation Route project and is expected to begin soon.
Another 3R project win for QCA includes SR61 from Live Oak Plantation to Woodbine Drive and SR 10 (US90) from Ocala Road to SR 61 (US27/Monroe Street) in Leon County, Florida. Teamed with Stantec Engineering Consulting Services, QCA will provide Public Information for this job also expected to begin in April 2011.
